what is it about a bath that makes little boys poop!?!? id say i at least clean out the bath 4 times a week because someone pooped in it during their bath. its ALWAYS Jourdon. When Kaleb was that age he maybe pooped in the bath like 4 times total... Jourdon has easily reached 40 times and I'm tired of it! its nasty and i have disaffect everything and give the boys a song bath on the patio... what am i going to do if he is still doing this in the winter!
okay end rant thats all this was but geesh anyone else have an issue with kids pooping in the bath all the time!?!?!?
on a different subject i went to the gym today for the first time in like 10 days so that felt good and i got some of my pictures in the mail which = $$$ and we all know thats a good thing
4 more days and my mom will be here! I'm uber excited just wish i could go back home with her!
You should go home with her. I think maybe you could get away with only paying for 1 seat (yours.)

ReplyDeleteI saw you write about this on FB, I haven't had to deal with this issue, to the extremes that you are, but as gross as it is, trying watching how long he's in the bath to when he poops, I'd bet there's a certain amount of time (say after 10 minutes, etc) to when he's relaxed and all nice a warm and it happening, if so...pull him out and put him on the potty and see if he'll just go in there. It's not really potty training him, but preventing him hopefully from pooping in the tub, so that after he's done having a bowel movement, he can go back and enjoy playing in the warm water without an accident and saving you from having to disinfect the tub, rinsing boys off on the patio. In the mean time, I'm praying for you.
ReplyDeleteI've tried pulling him out like every 5 minutes and setting him on the potty... he's just a stinker... if he has had a bowel movement within 2 hours before bath time we are good and end up with noe poop in the bath... I'm considering when he poops any time after 4ish just putting him in the bath then... we will see
